Steve Gregory, W8SKG, Herb Schieman, K8AZW and Don Ritchie, K8ZGW
 are planning a "special event station" for the Al Koran Shrine "Cruse-in"
on Aug 9,2008

Yes, just 10 days away.

As a "first time thing" we just plan on operating the hours of the
Cruse-in which is from 9AM to 3 PM, we plan on operating just 20 and 40
with an inverted "V" and maybe using solar power, offering a ertificate
for anyone we QSOand that sends a donation to the Shrine - minus cost
incurred, we figure about abuck.
